Connecting your computer locally to the control board 

OEM Ctrl Board

Field Assistant is a standalone software, downloaded to a computer, that provides a local connection to the control board, located within the controller. Once computer (with software installed) is connected to the control board with a proprietary USB-L cable, set-up and/or troubleshooting can occur. Alternatives to Field Assistant are TouchScreen (located on the face of the controller) or WebCTRL.

Minimal Computer Requirements: Dual Core Processor, 2GB RAM, 30 GB Hard Drive, and Communications link of 10Mpbs or higher. The computer must be Windows® operating system and use Internet Explorer v11 or Microsoft® Edge Browser1. If you need Internet Explorer, click here to download Internet Explorer. A Field Assistant v6.5 or later system is supported on any of the following operating systems (32-bit or 64-bit): Windows® 10 Professional.

Zone Sensor

Setpoints can be adjusted to raise or lower the temperature within the space. Overide the zone to force an occupied space setting. Large dispay indicates temperature level within the space.

AppLoader Software
 

Apploader is our factory download tool. It is used to program the boards initially and can be used to update the software in the field. Apploader works with the USB-L cable to communicate with the control boards. Use Apploader to update the program revision of your controller as desired.  Download the zipped clipping file. This is the newest program revision.  Find the instructions link for directions on how to use this program.
